MN Licensed Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor- Quality and Education - CDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises a team to support inpatient and outpatient CDI and coding education
• Develops and evaluates education plans based on data analysis and compliance risks
• Analyzes documentation trends and collaborates with stakeholders to improve performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• A.A./A.S. in nursing, HIM, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of applicable business-related experience
• Thorough knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations and regulatory requirements
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License or relevant certifications (CCDS, CDIP, RHIA, RHIT)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
