Job Summary
Supporting investors with a broad range of trading and investment needs, the full-time MN Licensed Trading Specialist will guide clients through market activity, process complex securities transactions, and provide educational resources to deepen client relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients through trading and investment decisions while processing complex securities transactions
- Deliver personalized support through inbound client interactions to build trust and strengthen client loyalty
- Educate clients on financial markets, investment products, and economic trends to facilitate informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Series 7 license required; Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or related fields
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations
- Ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and effectively
- Proven consultative approach to uncovering client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
