MN LPN Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support virtual clinics, the remote MN LPN Clinical Operations Specialist will optimize clinical workflows, manage incoming lab results, and collaborate with external vendors while working a part-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient experiences
• Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results, following escalation procedures as needed
• Collaborate with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners to resolve escalated patient or partner issues

Required qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in MN (compact license required)
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
• Experience in telemedicine
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including required on-call shifts
• Experience with Epic EMR is a plus
