MO and KS Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Health Advancement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified behavioral health and health outcome strategy
• Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate behavioral health principles into population health management
• Manage behavioral health services and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or related field
• RN, LCSW, or equivalent professional license in MO and KS
• 5+ years of experience in integrated care, managed care, or population health program management
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience with multidisciplinary or clinical teams
• Prior experience leading behavioral health, health equity, or community impact initiatives
