Mobile App Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support credit union partners, the full-time Mobile App Operations Associate will manage developer accounts on Apple and Google platforms, oversee the app update lifecycle, and ensure compliance and smooth operation of mobile banking apps while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., except California.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage credit union developer accounts on Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console, providing guidance for outstanding issues
• Run testing on app builds, submit them for review, and ensure timely updates are released to credit union members
• Document processes and build reference guides to assist credit unions and teammates in resolving common issues efficiently

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• No prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical steps to non-technical audiences
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
