Mobile Application QA Engineer
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Mobile Application QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms by developing and executing test plans, maintaining automated test frameworks, and collaborating with development and AI teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing across various devices and OS versions
- Design and maintain mobile test automation frameworks while validating API integrations and backend services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with 3+ years specifically in mobile application testing (iOS and Android)
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Appium, Espresso (Android), and XCTest/XCUITest (iOS)
- Experience in validating API integrations and backend services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance standards
