Mobile Architect
Job Summary
Leading the strategic design and development of native iOS and Android applications, the full-time Mobile Architect will co-own the mobile technical roadmap, establish engineering standards, and mentor a high-performing team to enhance technician productivity and customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the mobile platform technical roadmap and define mobile architecture patterns to ensure maintainability and modernization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mobile developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality
- Continuously improve CI/CD and build pipelines, ensuring reliability and automated quality gates across both platforms
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional mobile application development experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or technical lead role
- Deep hands-on expertise in native Android development (Kotlin) and iOS development (Swift)
- Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools and mobile architecture patterns
- Experience designing and implementing offline-first architectures and data synchronization patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
