Mobile Deposit Review Clerk

Job Summary

Working remotely with a schedule from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and every other Saturday, the full-time Mobile Deposit Review Clerk will review and process mobile check deposits using Fiserv Web Capture and Navigator software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Web Capture for incoming customer deposits and examine checks for endorsements
• Verify check information and determine if a delay should be placed on deposits based on established policies
• Notify clients via email regarding any delayed deposits and complete monthly training on regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous bank teller or deposit operations experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment
