Mobile Device Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support the R&D team remotely, the Mobile Device Management Analyst will maintain and support MDM solutions across on-premise and cloud environments while assisting with the deployment of new enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to support business goals
• Create and maintain profiles based on clinical trial requirements and manage user data within the MDM
• Serve as a Tier 2 resource for MDM reported cases and tickets, resolving technical issues with stakeholders and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of system administration experience with MDM software such as SOTI, MaaS360, or Intune
• Knowledgeable in managing Android, Windows, and iOS devices
• Familiarity with scripting and JSON
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
