Mobile Device Management Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise mobility environments, the contract Mobile Device Management Engineer will manage MDM administration, endpoint engineering, and troubleshooting in a fully remote capacity for a duration of 4-5 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the MDM administration console, application management, and server maintenance
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, providing escalation support to the Service Desk
• Document service requests and follow incident and problem management procedures based on ITIL standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least two years of directly related experience
• Minimum of three years of experience with Workspace ONE
• At least two MDM certifications
• Experience in document writing for technical materials
• U.S. Citizenship required
