Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile Engineer to manage mobile-side investigations and ensure system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own mobile-side investigation and resolution for customer-reported issues across mobile apps, backend services, and infrastructure
• Support live production systems with rapid issue resolution and proactive reliability improvements
• Improve debugging tools, logs, documentation, and runbooks to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Experience in mobile development and production system ownership
• Strong understanding of backend services and infrastructure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with debugging tools and issue resolution
• Willingness to build domain expertise in MHEV system behavior
