Mobile Engineer (React Native)
Job Summary
To design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications, the Mobile Engineer (React Native) will work remotely on a 4-month contract, leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable mobile applications using React Native
- Lead technical decisions, architecture, and project workstreams
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 4+ years with React Native
- Strong expertise in React Native, including Fabric, JSI, TurboModules, and Hermes
- Experience with native iOS and Android development
- Familiarity with mobile testing tools such as Jest and Detox
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
