Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Android and iOS developers to deliver high-quality features for connected fitness applications
• Ensure technical excellence and platform reliability through robust engineering practices and performance monitoring
• Foster a culture of ownership and growth by providing mentorship and career development opportunities for mobile engineers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile development, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience managing agile teams
• At least 2 years of experience in Android & iOS development using Kotlin, Swift, or React Native
• Strong people management skills focused on mentorship and coaching
