Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering leadership or technical management experience
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in technical design and architecture
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams delivering consumer-facing digital experiences
• Deep expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform, Compose Multiplatform, React/TypeScript, or Java/Spring Boot
• Experience managing in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on continuous improvement
