Mobile Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of mobile engineers, the full-time salaried Mobile Engineering Manager will oversee the development of high-quality consumer mobile applications while collaborating closely with Product and Design teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team focused on building consumer-facing iOS and Android applications
• Drive execution across the mobile roadmap, balancing speed, quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Establish strong engineering practices around testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience with mobile applications
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience with iOS development, including Swift and SwiftUI
• Strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform
• Familiarity with scalable architectures and API-driven applications
