Mobile Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a core team of mobile engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Mobile will oversee the development of iOS and Android applications, ensuring high-quality and reliable customer-facing features while collaborating across multiple product pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of mobile engineers, setting high standards for engineering quality and collaboration
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-facing mobile features while maintaining alignment with AI and other product initiatives
• Raise the reliability and quality standards of the core phone experience on mobile, differentiating Quo from competitors

Required qualifications

• Some experience leading a mobile engineering team or transitioning from a senior individual contributor role to management
• Strong technical background in mobile engineering to earn the team's trust and engage in technical decision-making
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced product environment
• Track record of delivering results with a focus on quality and reliability
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing engineers
