Mobile Engineering Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of engineers, the full-time Mobile Engineering Operations Manager will oversee corrective and preventative maintenance of client facilities, establish operational standards, and ensure quality performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering functions to support critical business operations and prioritize client-driven work
• Develop and implement training programs for engineering personnel while monitoring team performance against KPIs
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee timecards and assess employee performance for current and future staffing needs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance, including supervision and hands-on facilities maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CMMS highly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee relation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with personnel and clients
