Mobile Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of mobile engineers, the full-time Engineering Team Lead (Mobile) will focus on building and evolving a mobile trading platform using React Native while remaining hands-on in development and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of mobile engineers in developing React Native applications for iOS and Android
• Contribute to architecture, implementation, code reviews, and debugging while managing delivery execution for the mobile team
• Establish scalable engineering practices and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on mobile applications
• 1-2 years of direct engineering management or team leadership experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and modern mobile development practices
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, including React patterns and state management
• Experience shipping applications in both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store
