Mobile Growth Manager

Job Summary

Owning and scaling app acquisition and growth channels, the full-time Mobile Growth Manager will develop and execute strategies across platforms like Meta and TikTok, while optimizing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels
• Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking
• Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
• Ability to optimize for full-funnel metrics like activation, retention, LTV, and revenue
• Familiarity with mobile attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs)
• Experience in building new channels or programs from scratch
• Strong collaboration skills with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams
