Mobile Integrated Care Urgent Care PA NP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile Integrated Care Urgent Care PA NP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual urgent and emergent services to Cityblock members as part of their innovative care model
• Respond to inbound urgent care needs from members and their care teams
• Dispatch mobile field team of allied health personnel for blended virtual and in-home urgent care visits

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Emergency Medicine PA or NP in a high-volume emergency department or urgent care
• Board Certified Physician Assistant National Certification Exam or Nurse Practitioner
• Licensure to practice in one or more states and willingness to obtain licenses in all other Cityblock markets
• Active DEA Controlled Substance Registration or eligible for application
• Passion for innovative technology in healthcare and addressing healthcare inequity
