Mobile Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes for various equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R and kitchen equipment upkeep
• Complete special tasks such as minor plumbing repairs and general maintenance as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state driver's license is required
• Completion of a technical training program and at least one year of relevant experience
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes
