Mobile Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Responsible for operational maintenance and repairs, the full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and maintain facility systems including HVAC and electrical systems, while working remotely and being available for on-call duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair various facility systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Document maintenance tasks and equipment histories using a CMMS computer system
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance while coordinating with other vendors and teams

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience in general maintenance within a commercial facility setting
• Proven mechanical ability and knowledge of various trades
• Good computer skills, with experience in Building Management Systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations
• Understanding of national and local codes for equipment repair and maintenance
