Mobile Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Assisting with the operation and repair of commercial buildings and maintenance equipment, the full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on various systems while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
• Clean, lubricate, and service mechanical devices and perform installations or modifications as needed
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar fields
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
