Mobile QA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical Mobile QA Engineer for a fully remote, hands-on role focused on ensuring quality across complex fintech products, including mobile applications and backend systems, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Test complex fintech and crypto workflows, including transactions and asset transfers
• Own quality by testing new features across mobile and backend services, and participate in feature design to identify risks early
• Collaborate with developers on automated testing strategies and oversee production monitoring to maintain system reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of mobile applications and backend systems
• Strong understanding of test design techniques, exploratory testing, and risk-based testing
• Experience in testing complex business logic in fintech or regulated domains
• Proficiency in API testing and debugging, with familiarity in tools like Postman and Swagger
• Ability to understand system architecture and backend integrations
