Mobile Release Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on mobile release engineering and deployment automation, the part-time Mobile Release Engineer will lead the release processes for React Native applications, own deployment automation and CI/CD workflows, and partner with engineering teams to enhance release reliability in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mobile application release processes for React Native applications and other platforms as needed
• Own deployment automation and CI/CD workflows supporting mobile applications
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members with limited mobile DevOps experience

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with mobile DevOps and release engineering
• Hands-on experience deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Experience with mobile build, test, deployment, and release automation processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
