Mobile Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the launch of the new Olo app, the full-time Mobile Software Engineer will develop next-gen features, gather user feedback, and collaborate on the feature roadmap while working remotely from Northern Ireland.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the development of small-to-medium features independently and take ownership of moderately complex tasks
- Write clean, maintainable code, participate in peer code reviews, and collaborate with Product to refine requirements
- Engage in troubleshooting, debugging, and assist in the deployment and monitoring of services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on native mobile development
- Proficiency in native Android mobile development using Kotlin
- Experience with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
