Mobile Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support HID's Mobile Access solution deployments, the full-time Mobile Solutions Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with Sales to demonstrate and position solutions while serving as a subject matter expert in customer workshops and technical discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to qualify and demonstrate HID Mobile Access implementations that meet customer needs
• Lead technical discussions and workshops, addressing objections and guiding solution design for clients
• Provide training and support for partners and end users on HID Mobile Access technologies and PACS solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, Security, or Presales roles
• Prior exposure to PACS technologies, such as RFID and associated hardware
• Strong experience in IT Security, Networking, Mobile Applications, and SaaS/Cloud platforms
• Training experience in technical environments
