Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile Therapy Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to patients and vendors interacting with Mobile Therapy
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility, obtain pre-authorizations, and maintain accurate schedules for mobile therapist contractors
  • Track visit limits, authorizations, and communicate with the Mobile Therapy Director regarding any issues
Required Qualifications and Education
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Thorough knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures and Medicare billing
  • Must be available weekday evenings when necessary
