Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the end-to-end immigration process for employees, including work permits and visas
• Provide strategic advice on immigration matters to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Support employee relations programs by developing resources and training sessions to enhance understanding and improve the employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience managing corporate immigration cases for employees in Canada and the USA
• Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement and simplification
• Strong analytical skills to apply legal principles to workplace scenarios
• Compassionate and collaborative demeanor to build trust with stakeholders
• Bilingualism in French is a strong asset
