Model Based FPGA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Model Base FPGA Engineer to support aerospace projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Front end development of FPGA designs in a model-based workflow
• Lead design reviews, failure investigations, and root cause analysis activities
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design documents and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in frontend/model-based design for high-reliability or regulated industries
• 5+ years of FPGA design experience, preferably in aerospace or safety-critical industries
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for algorithm development and system modeling
• Experience with HDL and FPGA toolchains (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus)
