Model Based Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Model Based Systems Engineer, a full-time position requiring a hardware background to design complex high-speed digital circuit card assemblies, mentor junior engineers, and support testing and troubleshooting of systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex high-speed digital circuit card assemblies
• Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers while supporting testing and troubleshooting activities
• Interface with various departments to drive defect resolution and implement improvements in design and methodologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Experience in Model Based System Engineering and high-speed digital design
• Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink and experience with airborne actuators
• Knowledge in the design, build, integration, and testing of complex electronic systems
• Able to apply electrical engineering principles to solve engineering problems
