Model Based Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of NAVAIR logistic data and systems, the temporary remote Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) will manage MBSE products, conduct architecture analysis, and create technical documentation over a period of approximately 7 months.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage MBSE products and initiatives supporting the modeling of NAVAIR logistic data
• Analyze and decompose the current Teamcenter PLM architecture to identify components and integration points
• Create and maintain comprehensive System Design Documentation for the architecture transition

Required qualifications

• 3 years' experience in systems engineering and model-based systems engineering processes
• Proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo, Magic Draw, or Rhapsody
• Experience generating DoDAF or UAF artifacts, specifically data views (DIV-1, DIV-2)
• Demonstrated ability to create complex system architecture diagrams using industry-standard MBSE tools
• BS degree in Engineering, Math, or a relevant technical field
