Model-Based Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced Radio Frequency (RF) systems, the contract Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) will work remotely to create, manage, and evolve SysML-based models while ensuring alignment between requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain requirements and architecture models for RF system capabilities
• Create and maintain SysML artifacts, including Block Definition Diagrams and Activity Diagrams
• Collaborate with systems, integration, test, and product teams to ensure accurate representation of system functionality in architecture models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler
• Experience in requirements analysis, decomposition, and architecture development
• Strong understanding of systems engineering processes and lifecycle methodologies
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into executable system architectures and model-based solutions
