Modeling and Central Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading the centralized planning team, the full-time salaried Modeling and Central Planning Manager will oversee daily transportation planning, execute strategic modeling efforts, and ensure efficient product delivery in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Centralized Planning team to release daily routes in the Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Monitor performance and proactively resolve routing exceptions or system challenges
• Lead scenario modeling efforts to assess routing strategies and network changes

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in transportation planning, logistics optimization, or supply chain operations
• 5 years of experience using BlueYonder Transportation Modeling for scenario modeling
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data extraction tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
• 1 year of direct people leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data
