Job Summary

A company is looking for a Moderator for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act upon and respond to reports of potential violations from the community
• Monitor for violations and document infractions made by users or merchants
• Arbitrate disputes between community members and maintain knowledge of current rules and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Considerable experience with arbitrating disagreements
• Thick skin and adept at authoring detailed documentation
• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets preferred
