Modern Work Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a Modern Work Architect to work remotely in Canada, this full-time position will architect and deliver AI-ready Microsoft 365 foundations, guiding mid-market and enterprise customers through discovery, design, deployment, and adoption while serving as a trusted advisor on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end M365 solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers
• Design secure, governed M365 environments to enable enterprise AI adoption
• Lead technical presales activities and contribute to proposals and statements of work

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of M365 components including Entra ID, Intune, and Teams
• Hands-on expertise in identity and access management and device management
• Proven track record in leading adoption programs and change management
• Ability to articulate M365 architecture to executive and IT stakeholders
