Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support for Modern Workplace Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Act as Tier 2/3 support for incidents and service requests related to Microsoft Power Platform
• Implement governance controls to ensure compliance with organizational standards and conduct regular audits

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Power Apps development and Power Automate workflows
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI, including dataset modeling and gateway configuration
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture and integration with Power BI
• Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) NATO Secret
