Modern Workplace Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to contribute to the strategic direction and operational maturity of Microsoft 365 and related environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, governance, and operations for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments
• Facilitate roadmap development, capacity planning, and project delivery for Modern Workplace Engineering projects
• Lead projects across Modern Workplace Engineering and provide training and documentation for technology adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 or Endpoint Operations
• Experience with governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Power Platform and Teams
• Experience with Endpoint Management tools like Intune and SCCM
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and automation best practices
