Modern Workplace Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers and administrators, the full-time Modern Workplace Engineering Manager will oversee the operation and continuous improvement of Modern Workplace services, providing hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft 365 and related technologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Modern Workplace engineers and administrators
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and architectural decisions
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in Microsoft 365, endpoint engineering, or related technical fields
- Three or more years of formal people-management or technical-leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and at least two major Modern Workplace disciplines
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and guiding engineers through resolution
