Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives, the full-time Modernization Implementation Lead will coordinate large-scale implementation activities, partner with leadership and IT teams, and drive the adoption of ERP systems, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementation activities for operational modernization initiatives
- Partner with leadership and business units to support rollout planning and issue resolution
- Develop rollout guidance, operational procedures, and implementation tools
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale implementation or modernization initiatives
- Strong project and program management experience with organizational change leadership
- Experience with enterprise ERP, payroll, or workforce management system implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field
- Basic to intermediate data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and pivot tables
