Modernization Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives, the full-time Modernization Implementation Lead will coordinate large-scale implementation activities, partner with leadership and IT teams, and drive the adoption of ERP systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation activities for operational modernization initiatives
• Partner with leadership and business units to support rollout planning and issue resolution
• Develop rollout guidance, operational procedures, and implementation tools

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale implementation or modernization initiatives
• Strong project and program management experience with organizational change leadership
• Experience with enterprise ERP, payroll, or workforce management system implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and pivot tables
