Job Summary

A company is looking for a Molecular Genetics Analysis Assistant-QC.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality control review of clinical samples and NGS data
Analyze clinical genomics data, including variant identity using HGVS standards
Track clinical cases and monitor turnaround times

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Genetics or related field; Master's, PhD, MD, and/or MB(ASCP) preferred
7+ years of relevant experience
Experience in pharmacogenomics (PGx) variant calling preferred
Familiarity with HGVS variant nomenclature standards
Expertise in clinical medicine, genetics, genomics, or molecular biology
