Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mom & Baby Billing Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Resolve incoming rejections for the Mom & Baby division
Analyze rejection data and insurance payment trends to identify patterns and root causes
Correct claim data as per payer requirements and maintain detailed records of rejection cases

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Ability to understand differences between HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 codes
Familiarity with payer portals, EDI systems, and clearinghouses
Ability to multi-task
Exposure to Google suite and Microsoft platforms
