Monetization Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Monetization Incentives Operations team, the full-time Monetization Operations Program Manager will oversee complex operational initiatives for the deal registration program, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project deliverables, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues for successful project outcomes
• Partner with various teams, including Compliance, Marketing, and Engineering, to deliver programs and enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of operational experience, particularly in cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience with deal registration processes and enterprise sales cycles (2+ years)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides (2+ years)
• Experience in project management and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment
