Money Movement Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing first-level operational support, the part-time Money Movement Operations Analyst will manage routine money movement transactions, including inquiries related to ACH, wires, and checks, while working remotely from Washington or Oregon.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to money movement inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, ensuring accurate routing and escalation of complex issues
• Conduct research on transaction questions and exceptions, maintaining detailed records and documentation in compliance with established procedures
• Support various payment functions, including ACH activities and wire-related inquiries, while identifying and escalating high-risk or suspicious activities

Required qualifications:

• High school education
• Minimum of one year of experience in money movement operations
• Experience in a financial institution or related operational environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of payment functions such as ACH, wires, and checks
• Ability to follow documented procedures and recognize when escalation is necessary
