A company is looking for a Money Out Lead Recordkeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze death claims
Process complex transactions, including beneficiary RMD calculations and distributions
Resolve transactions that are not in good order with customers

Required Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of customer service experience
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
Strong mathematical skills
Experience with OMNI and Task Manager is a plus
