Job Summary
A company is looking for a Monitor Technician Registered Reader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform long term monitoring of adult and pediatric patients using specialized equipment
- Present patient history and data to staff physicians
- Write detailed reports and descriptions of EEG patterns and seizure activity
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Registered EEG Technologist (R.EEG.T) with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Minimum two years of recent technical experience in epilepsy long term monitoring
- Manual dexterity and physical ability to assist with patient care
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
