Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Monitoring & Evaluation Senior Analyst - Retainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support results management and performance measurement, including survey development and data analysis
- Manage and ensure the quality of project data in the SGP database, providing technical assistance to country teams
- Assist in the review and implementation of M&E sections in Country Programme Strategy documents and maintain the Results Framework
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Master's) in relevant fields or a Bachelor's degree with additional experience
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, results management, and project planning, preferably in environmental and sustainable development
- Proven track record in quantitative and qualitative measurement, reporting, and analytics
- Experience with data analysis and database management
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Spanish is desirable
