Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and refinement of the MEL framework and data collection tools
• Contribute to the preparation of donor reports and organize MEL data for transparency
• Support capacity building for partner M&E staff and document learning events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Monitoring & Evaluation or Environmental Science
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in MEL within international development projects
• Strong skills in data management and familiarity with FCDO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Experience with mobile data collection platforms and mentoring partner M&E staff
