Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of programme design and theories of change based on evidence
• Develop and implement research and data collection methodologies, ensuring accurate data analysis
• Conduct monitoring, evaluation and learning reviews to assess progress and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in monitoring, evaluation and learning efforts
• Knowledge and experience of submitting project reporting to meet government donor standards
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation techniques
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• A highly-organised and methodical approach to data collation and reporting
