Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Job Summary

To support impact measurement and evidence generation, the part-time Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional collaboration and technical contributions across global health programs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management support for M&E and evidence-generation projects, including workplans and deliverables
• Contribute to technical concept notes, proposals, and budget development, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Coordinate collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to advance M&E priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, global health, epidemiology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation or project management
• Experience managing complex projects and supporting technical concept notes and proposal development
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data methods, including data analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools preferred
